PAYMENT....... We take MasterCard, Visa or Pre-payment by Money Order or Cashier's Check. We also accept personal checks, but they must clear bank before shipment (allow 2 extra weeks).

TERMS........... Prices do not include shipping charges. They will be added at the time of shipment. Please call for shipping costs if you wish to pre-pay.

SHIPPING........ All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. (UPS) Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Select are available.

SALES TAX....... Kansas residents include 6.9 % Sales Tax when ordering.

GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY..... Merchandise is guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection and approval. ALAN GROVE COMPONENTS, INC. will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. Our liability will end with the repair or replacement of the part if found to be defective.

RETURNS......... All returns must be made within 30 days of date of purchase accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. We do not refund freight charges. ALAN GROVE COMPONENTS, INC. brackets are guaranteed to fit. As with any modified vehicle part, make sure it fits your application BEFORE PAINTING OR PLATING (check the dimensions page to get bracket requirements). PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN PAINTED, PLATED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY, MAY NOT BE RETURNED. BRACKETS THAT ARE RETURNED ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE.
